We witnessed the banding of several peregrine falcon chicks in the lobby of an office building in the west end of Toronto. A scaffold carrying experts in the handling of these birds had to be carefully lowered to a ledge near the top of the building where the chicks were nesting. After the birds were collected, they were taken to a banding area on the ground floor. The Bloor-Islington Centre Peregrine falcon - Wikipedia Following are some of the images I was able to capture.
